Inflexible and disappointing.

- Was there anything you didn't like?We booked through Booking.com for 5 nights. With an unexpected change of plans, we needed to leave after 4 nights. Booking.com was not willing to provide a refund or even transfer 1 night of our booking to another Hilton location. Very disappointing.
