- What did you like most?Nice location
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were not informed at check-in that the rooms would not be cleaned during our visit. I was quite surprised to return after a full day out and find the room untouched ,the bed unmade, the bathroom not cleaned, the trash cans full, the toilet paper not replaced, and the towels still wet. When I book a hotel, I expect to come back to a clean and refreshed room each day. If this is not part of the service, it would be helpful to communicate that clearly at check-in. Otherwise, guests may consider other accommodation options, Airbnb…
