- What did you like most?There has been considerable improvements to the rooms. Security is great, especially with the elevator requirement of a room key. The customer service from the Front Desk Receptionist was phenomenal! I needed to get a few documents printed and it was done within minutes. This personalized service is usually not offered at large franchise hotels. Wonderful!
