- Was there anything you didn't like?I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. Firstly, the room I was given was not the one I had booked online. I had reserved a much larger room, but upon arrival, I was given a significantly smaller one with fewer windows. I paid a premium price for the room I originally booked, so I was disappointed. When I went to the front desk to address the issue, the staff tried to convince me that the view was still of Diamond Head, but that didn’t address the fundamental problem: the room size was not what I paid for. Additionally, the curtains were not light-blocking, so sunlight seeped in early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. Given the high price I paid, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.
