- Was there anything you didn't like?We only booked this hotel because it is the only option in Paragould with an indoor pool. Do not waste your money. The adult pool nor kid pool was heated. It was freezing. I checked in with property management 48 hours before our stay. I was told it was “heated and functioning”. My grown husband was freezing so our 7 and 1 year old daughters did not even want to touch the pool. The child’s 2 foot pool was even colder than the adult pool. We checked in at 4:30. There was one person working at the hotel. He did not want to tend to much outside of staying at the front desk “in case anyone walked in for check in”. I get he didn’t want to miss them. He needed help. Breakfast was ok. Our two non smoking rooms smelled extremely musty. Turning on the air helped some but not much. Overall, I give the place a 6/10. Will not be returning. Stay somewhere else in Paragould or stay in Jonesboro with an indoor pool and make the drive to Paragould if needed.
