Poor customer service
- What did you like most?Room was OK
- Was there anything you didn't like?When I checked out the staff at reception charged my credit card for the room. I explained that I had already paid for the room in full through booking.com and showed them the email from you to prove it. They shrugged and said they would look into the matter. I was unhappy that they didn’t apologise and bother to acknowledge their mistake. They still haven’t refunded the charge to my credit card and I am unhappy about the whole experience. I would be VERY grateful if you would contact them and get them to give me the refund ASAP
I would stay here again.
